Brief Cases
The pieces in this section are a form of case study. None of the individuals featured in this selection was in a development programme or being coached. The majority were personal acquaintances who volunteered to complete a VoicePrint self-perception profile and then to discuss with the author how its shape reflected the sorts of demands and challenges made by their role. Others are drawn from day to day episodes observed or experienced by the author and comprise reflections through the lens of the VoicePrint model on what was said and the effects that this had. In each case some key learning points are suggested.
