Jacks main voice is advocate which may indicate Jack is information driven, and driven/focuses from a positioning stand point.
From the evidence of jack’s profile, Jack’s working experience of consultancy is clear and evident.
Given the next two voices are Advise and Challenge.
From his profile the voice print analysis seems to be aligned with Jack’s professional skills set.
I would like to understand what Jack’s thoughts are on working in his current environment.
His role and channels of communication/working relationships.
What working within the organisation looks like.
Cultural implications of working with organisations in Asia, and potential challenges.January 17, 2023 at 12:13 pm #1780Stephen RatcliffeParticipantI try to be objective and mindful of the behaviour of others, so criticism can be frustrating when unfairly given.

I have found this voice used fairly commonly in my experience, it feels like blame in a lot of situations.January 17, 2023 at 12:08 pm #1778Stephen RatcliffeParticipantI understand the need for directness when used appropriately and can be direct myself.
But I always try to be considered in what I say and how I say it, so I can find direct behaviour annoying if misused and will often challenge.January 17, 2023 at 11:49 am #1777Stephen RatcliffeParticipantI am usually annoyed by the advisory voice which becomes patronising from others.
Particularly when the subject matter of the conversation, or learning material is obvious, or the person is offering their opinion without actually knowing or asking for mine.
It’s almost as though they feel the requirement to educate me without observing my behaviour, or listening to my thoughts.
It feels like they are saying,”this is how it is’ “this is how you must behave or think” when clearly there is room for exploring options or approach to something.
